The Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung reports on the objectives and current status of the project RettungsNetz-5G. Reason for this report was the Committee for Regional Development and Regional Management (Ausschuss für Regionalentwicklung und Regionalmanagement), which met on 27.09.2023 at the Integrated Control Center (Integrierte Leitstelle, ILS) Mannheim. Prior to the meeting, the German Red Cross (Deutsches Rotes Kreuz, DRK) presented and exlpained the ambulance that has already been equipped with a 5G-based mobile video and data unit.
